Love in Ten lines

So magical corner nominated me for this Love in Ten lines Challenge.

Read hers here

Having been bad all my life at following any kinds of rules in writing (But comes after full stops all the time in my world, and haikus have always confused me,) it has been interesting to write, and I am unsure of the results.

Poems have just popped into my head, a few lines which grow as the day passes and I’ll mutter them to myself, most of my poems, the ones that really mean something to me, scream, battle ground, Let it go, love, Uncertain thought, I memorized long before they were put to paper. I’d be sat in a cafe writing the verses on napkins or on my skin. I never knew what to do with them, never knew knew how to use them, never knew what they were for. they have always just been little reminders to myself, milestones to mark certain points in my life.

So sitting down today and focusing on writing a poem was strange, especially one like this, but here it is.

Love! You cannot breathe

Love! Heart on sleeve

Love! On your arms

Love! In your scars

Love! Pinch of salt

Love! Lost in words

Love! Till it hurts

Love! It cannot be

Love! Never be me

I urge anyone who who wants to write for this challenge to write, and add the link to the comment so I can read  them all. please, follow the rules and have fun! however i will nominate some fellow writers.

No man is worth the aggravation

I wrote a poem call crowd mentality the other day and was thinkING about submitting that, but it doesn’t quite fit to the jolliness of a parade, would it be Ok anyway?
      Thank you so much

  3. Love without any doubt
    Love like a child
    Love for your sake
    Love that cheese cake
    Love beautifies the world
    Love forgives all wrong
    Love all your neighbours

    Love his tender heart
    Love because you can!
